Executive Bootcamp

Don’t become obsolete! Be inspired and explore new options for growth. Experience new technologies and find new business opportunities in an extensive week-long Executive Bootcamp where we deep-dive into the future of technology. All the while exploring the worlds’ tech hubs – such as Shanghai and San Francisco – selected as your Bootcamp location.

Are you unsure if your problem is worth solving? Can’t you stop wondering if you’ve built the right thing that people want? Or are you stuck on ways to accelerate growth?

We’ve all been there.

Innovating is hard work. Especially when your organization doesn’t support change or systematically testing your (new) models. Getting the whole organization to move with you while garnishing broad support is a challenge we as executives face on a daily basis.

Tired of never ending executive programs that have you sitting all day listening to uninspiring speakers? So are we! Our Sound Executive Bootcamps focus on learning by doing. As a participant you get to experience first-hand what the new disruptive technologies and business opportunities the world has to offer are.

No endless keynotes and stuffy conference centers where you get to merely watch the future unfold. But actually becoming fit-for-the-future by visiting those groundbreaking hotspots and touching, seeing, and experiencing those new technologies and business opportunities by connecting with interesting and like minded entrepreneurs and professionals.

Through actually doing the Sound Executive Bootcamp will help you understand and accelerate growth. New ways of thinking, working, and of actually doing help you disrupt your own organization and market.

Sound provides your executive education in optima forma, through a multi-day trip to cutting-edge technological ecosystems around the world.

The impact Sound Executive Bootcamp has on you and your organization:

  • Participants have developed a Digital DNA (digital skills) that leads to better and smarter execution that allows for better utilization of the digital potential of the participant and organization.
  • The organizational silos that exist in your organization dissolve in favor of a customer-centric multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • As a thought leader, you will be able to introduce new technological and business opportunities to your organization.
  • During our Bootcamp you will build a relevant network with future-oriented professionals and entrepreneurs.

Like any other postal company, PostNL is dealing with a decline of the traditional postal business and a steep growth of the parcel business. The impact of new technologies and digitization is enormous. Together with PostNL Sound developed a customized workshop to increase awareness of the impact of digital among employees of PostNL.

Where IT cooperation used to be found in shared IT environments, Sound sees an increasing need to unbundle these shared IT environments (including shared Microsoft tenants and workplace equipment), between municipalities and other agencies. Security, information security and the need for greater flexibility are considerations here.
