Experimentation

Sound views experimentation as an essential and integral part of the innovation process. Through our 8 week Experimentation service Sound can help you identify flaws within your idea early on, which helps to lower the risk of failure and gives vital knowledge about your product or service you are about to launch. But above all it teaches you and your organization a future-proof mindset meant for embracing the volatile nature of business.

Experimentation helps to convert an idea into a better product. Experimentation is about trying new things with an outlook that the results may be less than favorable. If the experiment works out, great. If it does not, you have created a learning opportunity. Failing fast and early on simply means there is something to be learned or another direction to be taken, to the benefit of the end product.

In our co-creative experimentation sessions Sound facilitates and teaches you and your team in an experiential setting to embrace the experiment mindset. Through our learn by doing approach to experimentation our experts will guide you iteratively through the innovation process. We help and teach you to experiment within 8 weeks.

We provide a modular approach enabling you to build and control the solution that suits your business best – from strategy to execution. The Sound experiment programme incorporates key features of design thinking, business creativity, Scrum, and product inception.  Our Sound experts can help you find your riskiest assumptions and test them!

Where IT cooperation used to be found in shared IT environments, Sound sees an increasing need to unbundle these shared IT environments (including shared Microsoft tenants and workplace equipment), between municipalities and other agencies. Security, information security and the need for greater flexibility are considerations here.
